What is your policy on Returns??

Hey!!  Everybody makes mistakes we understand.   Unfortunately some mistakes might cost you a few bucks.  We require you to call or e-mail to request an RMA.  If it is our error you are not responsible…. Why should you pay for our mistake?  If you ordered in error or change your mind we will work with you to get you what you need.  We don’t have a flat rate “Re-Stocking” fee of 25%.  Let’s face it that is ridiculous after all you choose to buy from us.  It may end up costing you something but let’s discuss it, every case is different.
